Intro to Good Laugh

If you are not a morning person, chances are you don’t smile when you wake up. Then I should tell you that a nice smile can make the difference between a good day and a bad one.

It’s all about having a positive mind attitude, and a simple smile can definitely help you achieve it. Imagine now all that a good laugh can do for you!

According to “The Stress Management and Health Benefits of Laughter” by Elizabeth Scott, M.S. “Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline), dopamine and growth hormone. It also increases the level of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins. Laughter increases the number of antibody-producing cells we have working for us, and enhances the effectiveness of T cells. All this means a stronger immune system, as well as fewer physical effects of stress.” Of course, you knew this! This is the scientific part of it, in case you needed some sort of prove or friendly reminder.

Now let’s talk about it from our perspective. A good laugh, sincere or fake, has the power to conquer a positive mood whenever you most need it, or at least it will help you to open your eyes to other possibilities, and ease any pain you may be suffering.

In this section of ‘Good Laugh’ I intend to share with you reasons for you to smile or laugh out loud with jokes, funny tweets, hilarious videos, curious pictures, etc. A place where you know you can change your mood for a positive one in an instant.

There are no intentions of making fun of anyone or anything, neither there will be copyright infringement intended. The sole purpose will be to look at life not so seriously, and find a reason to motivate yourself to start your day with a better energy, or find the strength to go through a tough day, or to share with others a highly contagious laugh.
